I help women in tech figure out what the hell they actually want. Climb higher – but on their own terms. Or say no to the whole game.
You've built a career you're proud of, but something isn't clicking. You want more, but you're not sure what career change or leadership move would actually feel right.
You've pushed, achieved, delivered. But now you're running on empty, and pretending you're fine. Rest isn't fixing it. Neither is more money or another tech promotion.
You used to have a five-year plan. Now you're questioning everything. Forget what you're supposed to want, what do you really want from your career, identity, and life?
It all looks great from the outside. But you're over the politics, the pressure, the proving. You didn't come this far to feel this disconnected from your purpose.

I spent years in tech leadership – building teams, chasing goals, hitting milestones and eventually launching a startup I thought was the dream. Until it wasn't.
Somewhere between the pressure, the pace, and the constant doing, I lost the part of me that cared. I felt disconnected - quietly asking: What am I chasing? Who is this for?
That moment cracked something open. I didn't burn it all down overnight - but I started telling the truth. Now, I coach ambitious women in tech who are asking the same questions. High-achievers who've done everything right and still feel like something's missing.
Coaching, for me, is personal.
I want to be the person I wish I had when I was figuring it all out. Not someone to tell me to be more assertive in meetings or smile more in all-hands or fake it till you make it or just meditate or get better sleep.
This isn't about fixing or performing. It's about real career clarity, personal growth, and becoming unstoppable.
You don't need another framework. You need a sharp, honest conversation. Coaching gives you space to hear yourself — clearly. To name what you want, what's in the way, and what needs to change.
It's not a course or a formula. It's real-time support, built around you.
I'm not here to fix you. I'm here to help you listen.
I help you win, on your terms.

Over 6 powerful sessions, Egle helped me peel back layers I didn't even realise were holding me back: perfectionism, self-rebellion, and that sneaky 'imposter syndrome.' 😅 Together, we explored: ✨ The unspoken pressure of doing everything "right" ✨ Childhood patterns that shaped my leadership ✨ What it really takes to lead from a place of clarity and self-trust It was honest. It was deep. And it was exactly what I needed to move forward with greater momentum in both life and career. Sometimes, the greatest breakthroughs come not from doing more… but from remembering who you are underneath it all. Thank you, Egle for holding space, asking the real questions, and walking beside me 💛.

I booked several sessions with Egle to help me navigate my career journey and some personal challenges related to interacting with others and managing ADHD. It's very empowering to have her not only analyse my plans and aspirations in detail, but provide clear, actionable feedback that helps me move forward with confidence. We worked together as colleagues in the past and having a friend offer to be my coach motivated me to embark on this path and explore new ways in which I can transition quicker into an alternative career focused on computational biology research. She also helped me gain more confidence during interviews and polish my tech leadership stories. I am really grateful for the opportunity to work with Egle! Getting insights from a professional coach who is dedicated to seeing me succeed in the future has been very valuable.

I write about ambition, burnout, identity, and the stories we've been sold — especially in the workplace. To reflect, to provoke, to say the thing most people won't. To make sense of my own path — and maybe spark something in yours.
If you connect with my writing on career change, imposter syndrome, or reinventing success, I'd love for you to subscribe to my Substack. It would mean a lot. ❤️
